Production Process

Using the cold roller forming process, which is a constant method for creating successive bends in the metal strip, the desired cross-section can be determined without changing the thickness of the sheet and passing it through a set of rotating rollers.

In this process, by forming a metal in the cold state, the sheet strip is transformed into a profile with a uniform cross-section. The forming operation is performed by moving the metal strip through a series of rollers that are installed sequentially on the shafts of the machine. Each set of rollers performs some shaping operations to finally achieve the desired cross-sectional shape after passing the last set.
